Shipping Policy
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All packages are shipped via USPS in a padded flat rate envelope or small flat rate box with insurance.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
The Northern Crown ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International orders will be charged any extra fees before shipping. Please email our contact form for a quote.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damage in Shipping
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 72 hours to our contact form. We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the packaging the damaged item was shipped in for insurance reimbursement.
IMPORTANT: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging your item was received in, as they are sometimes needed for inspection at USPS.
Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method plus the exact cost of shipping back to you. Please allow 1 week for refunds and credits once the item is received.
